No, Stainless Steel is one of the more durable metals and with a good quality they will not tarnish. Many items are worn on a daily basis and tested within water before listed for sale.

 

  • Do the Sterling Silver products tarnish?

No, Sterling Silver is one of the most durable metals and will not tarnish especially if cared for properly.

 

  • Do the stones fall out?

No, all items are worn on a daily basis weeks or months before they are listed for sale in order to ensure that stones do not fall out.

 

  • My Cuban link is twisted, is it broken?

No, gently untwist the chain and it is back to normal. It is normal for smaller Cuban link chains to become twisted, therefore it is best to lay cuban link chains flat or hang.

 

  • When will you restock?

Many items will be constantly restocked when they are sold out of every size. As for the cuban link items, upon selling out, it will take longer to get the products back in stock. Just sign up for notifications and follow @dansicebarllc and we will let you know weeks in advance when an item will restock.

 

  • How much is shipping?

Shipping starts at $5 and increases with the weight of your package.

 

  • When will my items ship out?
Items will ship out within 2-3 business days.
Handmade items will ship out within 5-7 business days, once finished.
  • Can I return my items?
Unfortunately, we do not except returns at the moment.
